1. About Us
Dynamo Trading & Supply provides sourcing, procurement, and import coordination services for clients in Antigua and Barbuda and the wider OECS. We act as an intermediary between clients and overseas suppliers.
2. Our Service
We assist with:
• Product sourcing and supplier identification
• Quotations and price negotiation
• Shipping and logistics coordination
• Import documentation support
We do not manufacture goods and do not directly control suppliers, shipping lines, or customs authorities.
3. Quotes & Pricing
We do not manufacture goods and do not directly control suppliers, shipping lines, or customs authorities.
• All quotes are estimates based on current supplier prices, freight rates, and exchange rates.
• Prices may change due to supplier, shipping, or customs adjustments.
• Quotes are valid for a limited time and must be confirmed before payment.
4. Payments
• A deposit or full payment may be required before placing an order.
• Payments are non-refundable once an order is placed with a supplier.
• Clients are responsible for all duties, taxes, port fees, and local charges.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate product details, approve quotes before payment, and respond promptly when information or confirmation is required.
6. Shipping & Delivery
• Delivery times are estimates only.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping lines, customs inspections, weather, or port congestion.
• Risk may pass to the client once goods are shipped, depending on agreed shipping terms.
7. Quality, Inspection & Returns
• Product quality is based on supplier specifications.
• We strongly recommend inspections where possible.
• Special-order items cannot be cancelled or returned once ordered.
8. Limitation of Liability
Dynamo Trading & Supply is not liable for supplier defects, shipping delays, or losses beyond our control. Any liability is limited to the service fee paid for the transaction.
9. Confidentiality
All client information is kept confidential and used only to complete transactions or where required by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Antigua and Barbuda.
11. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates apply to future transactions.
